This entry was inspired by other journal entries and the comments I see on the art produced by many of the members of deviantArt. There seem to be so many negative, degrading comments and long winded threads on a member's image that deals with the content of that image or the subject in the image.

I cannot understand why people that have an issue with nudity go out of their way to comment on images that offend them because of the subject matter. If the image offends you, don't look at it. Spending time commenting is a waste of precious time in our short lives, and instead, could be spent doing things that bring them happiness. Besides, negative comments are counter productive, and if anything, give more  attention to an image that they are trying to demote.

I don't feel that it is up to me judge life for others, I only judge life for myself and what I value. If I don't like the food served at a restaurant, then I don't eat there. Even the evening news, I find it to be sensationalist, over-dramatic, and offensive so I don't watch it.

I do feel that the art that nature created is beautiful and I admire those artists that express themselves in beautiful ways, with or without nudity.
